Destination Planner
Do you have a passion for all things travel? Are you super organized, professional, and have awesome communication skills? Do you have TIME to dedicate to growing your business and client base?

Responsibilities (Includes but is not limited to):
⦿ Research and book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services while ensuring accuracy.
⦿ Build an honest relationship with clients to determine their travel needs and ensure trust.
⦿ Support clients before, during, and after their travels.
⦿ Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate favorable rates for clients.
⦿ Maintain detailed records of client bookings and financial transactions in our travel management system.
⦿ Utilize social media marketing.
⦿ You will be required to grow your own client base. Leads are not provided, but you will be trained on how to attract them.

Do you want to get paid to refer people? With our recruitment program, the more people you "refer", the more money you make. And get this, you get 10% of each sale your refferal makes. You will also have the option to TEACH your referrals how to become a recruiter and/or destination specialist (you can choose which of the two you want to hire).

FAQ's
Do I need previous travel experience to join?
No, you do not need previous traveling experience. If you have good research skills, determination, and a positive mentality, you will be successful in the industry.
Can I work my job and manage my travel business at the same time?
Of course you can! You set your own schedule. If you feel being a travel agent part time is most realistic for you at the moment, you can totally do so.
Is there a fee to join?
Yes, there is a monthly fee of $89.99, but if you decide to partake in our OPTIONAL mentorship program (at no extra cost to you), you will have the chance to eliminate that monthly fee.
What if I'm not satisfied with my time with this company?
No problem! We offer a 10-day money back guarantee. Cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.
If I decide to join another company, can I use my license that I earned with this company?
No, your license is only active within our company. If you decide to transfer to a different company, you would need a license that works for them.
Do you work under a host agency?
Yes, AW Getaways is a business under Archer and Evolution travel.
Is this company an MLM?
No, we are not an MLM. MLMs require recruiting in order to make money. The main focus of our company is to book travel. "Recruiting" is 100% optional.
